Rick’s offers both inside and outside dining as well as a huge cocktail deck area, which provides the perfect setting for a summer evening with friends and family. These areas are great for a casual meal any day or night. Rick’s extensive menu ensures that everyone can find their favorite dish, and all menu items can be enjoyed in any of our dining areas— including the cocktail deck.

Rick’s Café Boatyard is not only a beautiful restaurant with an inside and outside bar area; with two separate event facilities, Rick’s also invites you to enjoy your private party with an experience that only the riverfront setting of Rick’s can provide.

Summer Wind Event Facility

Rick’s Café Boatyard “Summer Wind” Banquet room enables you to experience the unique atmosphere of Rick’s in complete privacy. This room has a capacity of 110 guests (capacity fluctuates depending on the season) and is equipped with both a private bar and private restroom facilities. Two port holes looking down over the main restaurant give an even more exclu- sive feel to this already secluded room, while windows along one wall allow more natural lighting. Step outside to the private balcony overlooking the Mighty Mo, and enjoy the wind as it lingers warm and fair all summer long.

The management and banquet staff specialize in accommodating any special occasion. Whether you choose a sit-down, buffet, or appetizer par- ty, we strive to give you an experience which will be remembered for years to come. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduations, business meetings, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and other family parties—we do it all and insist that each event be treated with care and attention that will ensure the outcome not only meets, but exceeds your expectations.

Terrace

There is also a small dining area available downstairs in the main restau- rant. Available Monday-Sunday days and Monday-Thursday evenings, this area will accommodate up to 40 people. There is no charge for the use of this dining area. You may select up to four entrees from the menu that you would like to offer your guests. If there are more than 20 guests we will create an individual menu for each guest to choose from the day of your event. Less than 20 guests may order off the regular menu if you would like.
